Clinical Class
Move better, feel stronger, and restore balance through our Yoga and Tai Chi Group Classes.
These guided sessions are designed to improve mobility, reduce tension, and support long-term health in a structured and supportive environment.

Our Clinical Classes are small-group exercise sessions led by a qualified physiotherapist or exercise physiologist. Unlike a standard gym class, these are tailored to your specific injury history and health goals, ensuring every movement is safe and effective.
Our core principal focuses on body awareness through safe and simple movements.
This approach is for you if…

People who want the social atmosphere of a group class but require the expert supervision of a clinician to ensure they aren't aggravating an injury.
Your questions resolved in one place
We’ve gathered the most frequently asked questions from our patients. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I attend if I have a medical condition?
Yes, but please let us know about any injuries or conditions before your first class. Our instructors are clinicians to ensure the movements safely complement your recovery. Otherwise, a 1on1 consult prior to classes are always recommended.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. We provide all necessary mats and props, so you only need to bring a water bottle.
How do these classes support my injury rehab?
These sessions bridge the gap between 1-on-1 clinical treatment and everyday health. Community is key to building lasting changes. Our classes are small and cosy so that we get to know other by name. We also provide community chat with resources to help you keep up the good habits.
Do I need prior experience or flexibility to join?
Not at all. Our classes are fully inclusive and designed for all fitness and mobility levels. Our instructors are clinicians and can provide clear modifications for every movement, making it safe for complete beginners or those recovering from injury.
